Canopy

Canopy is a private parenting and information-sharing app that keeps everyone who cares for your children on the same page — schedules, school updates, notices, and everything important about your kids, all in one secure place. It works for any family — parenting, co-parenting, or parallel parenting. Some features are especially useful for co-parents and parallel parenting families — shared custody schedules, First Right of Refusal, and expense splitting — alongside everything every family needs: a notice board, school term dates, document storage, and more. SHARED CALENDAR & SCHEDULE Set your rotation (alternating weeks, 2-2-5-5, 2-2-3, or fully custom) and the calendar updates itself. See who has the children on any day at a glance. Request schedule changes or holiday time, and First Right of Refusal offers cover to the other parent first when needed. Subscribe from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook. SCHOOL EMAILS, HANDLED AUTOMATICALLY Forward school newsletters to your family's own Canopy email address. AI reads them and adds events, term dates, and appointments straight to your calendar. TERM DATES, ALWAYS UP TO DATE Add your child's school once and holidays, half-terms, and INSET days stay synced automatically. FAMILY NOTICE BOARD Post updates, photos, and reminders, tagged by topic. Everyone's notified the moment something's posted. CHILDREN'S INFO, ALL IN ONE PLACE Medical details, school contacts, GP/dentist info, accounts, and documents, organised per child. SECURE DOCUMENT VAULT Passports, medical records, school reports, encrypted and always at hand. SHARED EXPENSES & CHILDCARE Split costs your way, track carer hours, roll them into bills automatically. DIRECT MESSAGING A private thread between parents. VERIFIED FAMILY RECORDS Export a tamper-proof, timestamped record of activity for legal or court proceedings if you ever need it. READ-ONLY ACCESS FOR GRANDPARENTS & CARERS Give trusted family members visibility without full access. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Encrypted, privacy-law compliant, no ads, no data selling. AI features are strictly opt-in. One plan covers the whole family, not a per-parent fee. Privacy Policy: https://canopy-app.app/privacy.html Terms of Use: https://canopy-app.app/terms.html
