Wolf Alone: Life Coach

Most self-improvement apps hand you a library and wish you luck. Wolf Alone asks one question — what are you actually here for — and then decides the rest. You pick a path. It has six stages and about thirty steps, and exactly one is open at a time. Tonight has one thing in it. When it is done, the next one opens. That is the whole mechanic, and it is why the app works on the days you do not feel like it. A WOLF THAT GROWS ON WHAT YOU DO It starts as a pup and it is waiting. Every lesson, session and check-in feeds it, through five forms, in the coat you chose on day one. It is not a mascot. It is the honest picture of a month. TEN LESSONS FROM EVERY BOOK Two hundred books, two thousand lessons. Not summaries — one idea per lesson, an action step, and the sentence worth keeping. You will not need most of them. The point is that the app picks. TRAIN THE ATTENTION YOU LOST Thirteen drills, one of them a reading test that gives you a real number, and a pace ladder that goes up as you do. HABITS THAT SURVIVE A BAD WEEK Never miss twice. Miss one day and the run holds — that is built in, not a favour. Streak freezes are earned by turning up and can never be bought. A QUIET MIND, ON PURPOSE Affirmation packs matched to what you are working on, guided sessions, breathwork, sleep. Read to you or read by you. MONEY, IF THAT IS THE LEAK Jars, budgets and a ledger, for the path that is about money rather than mood. A PACK THAT WOULD NOTICE Add somebody by their name and see the week as a race. Nobody can find you without it, nobody can message you until you accept, and the leaderboard is people you chose. WHAT IS FREE Your path stays open either way. Every lesson, session and pack your programme asks for is free, on any plan, all the way to the last stage. Two lessons of every book are free forever, three whole books are open, and so are three habits, a pack of affirmations and the reading test. WHAT PRO ADDS Every lesson of all two hundred books. Every affirmation pack, plus the ones you write. The full session library including sleep. Every drill in full. Unlimited habits. No account is needed to start. Your lessons, habits and notes stay on your phone; only what you put in the pack is sent to us.
