TheraHOME

TheraHOME turns your neck and back care into a simple daily habit. Instead of guessing what to do, you open the app and follow one short guided session a day — with video, a clear plan, and a record of how you are feeling over time. Built as the companion app for TheraHOME devices, it works as your day-to-day guide whether you are starting fresh or picking your routine back up. A PLAN THAT UNFOLDS ONE DAY AT A TIME Your program runs across 14 days, grouped into phases that build on each other. One day unlocks per calendar day, so there is never a backlog waiting for you — just today's session. Each day opens with a short video you can play in the app or cast to your TV. TRACK HOW YOU ACTUALLY FEEL Before each session you log your discomfort on a simple 0–10 scale. Those entries become a progress chart on your home screen, so you can see how the week went instead of relying on memory. A daily water tracker sits alongside it for the rest of your routine. GENTLE REMINDERS, NOT NAGGING Set a morning and an evening reminder at times that suit you. Turn either off whenever you like. A COMMUNITY THAT GETS IT Share progress, ask questions, and read what other people trying the same routine have found. Posts, photos, comments and reactions — with reporting, hiding and blocking available on every post, and a staffed review queue behind them. HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT Two chats are one tap away: an AI assistant for quick questions about your sessions, and the TheraHOME support team for anything it cannot answer. The AI assistant asks for your consent before its first use and never replaces professional advice. YOUR LANGUAGE Full support for English, Vietnamese and Bahasa Melayu, including the daily program content — not just the buttons. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time: Profile → Delete account. No email, no waiting on support. Full details are in our privacy policy at ad.therahomeai.com/privacy. IMPORTANT TheraHOME is a wellness and fitness companion app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or replace care from a qualified professional. The exercise content follows general physical-activity guidance from the World Health Organization and is intended as a reference only. Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise routine, and stop if something hurts. Some program content requires a TheraHOME device to unlock. Support: [email protected]
