Thera vous permet de retrouver le programme préparé par votre praticien : exercices, consignes, questionnaires et suivi de progression. L’accès s’effectue avec votre adresse e-mail et un code temporaire reçu par e-mail, après invitation de votre praticien. Vous pouvez choisir entre les programmes reçus, retrouver vos différents praticiens, programmer des rappels génériques sur votre téléphone et transmettre vos retours depuis l’application. Thera n’est pas un dispositif médical et ne diagnostique, ne traite, ne guérit et ne prévient aucune affection médicale. L’application ne remplace pas l’avis d’un professionnel de santé. En cas d’urgence, contactez les services d’urgence compétents.

Un accueil plus compact et des boutons harmonisés. Les exercices du jour passent avant les réglages ; les questionnaires à compléter et terminés sont mieux distingués. La salle d’attente visio est plus claire, avec un accès simplifié à l’appel. Amélioration du mode sombre, du grand texte et de la connexion. Les invitations et rappels visio restent disponibles selon l’activation par votre praticien et vos préférences de notifications.
