VALUATIONS Value any property on Vancouver Island in seconds. Enter an address, confirm the details, and get a valuation built from closed sales, property characteristics and assessment data — not a rule of thumb. Edit the subject's floor area, bedrooms, condition or lot size and see the number move. Where the model is not confident enough to stand behind a number, the app says so instead of printing one. That is deliberate. COMPARABLES See the sales the valuation actually leaned on, ranked and scored, with the reasons each one matched. Open any comparable for its full detail. Use them in conversation, or carry them into a CMA. MARKET A read on the market your listing sits in: how properties like it are moving, what is selling, and roughly how long comparable homes took to receive an offer. CLIENTS Keep buyers and sellers in one place — contact details, budgets, preferred areas and property types, possession and closing dates, and your own notes. The app suggests listings that match what a buyer is looking for. BC FORMS, PRE-FILLED This is the part that saves the most time. Build a listing package and the app fills the standard British Columbia forms from what it already knows about the property, the client, you and your brokerage: contracts of purchase and sale, addenda, disclosure statements, remuneration and identity records. You answer only what the form genuinely needs and cannot be derived. Everything else is filled for you. Reopen a package later and it comes back exactly as you left it. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Maps, listing detail and recent work are cached on the device, so a weak signal at a showing does not stop you. Sign in with email, Google or Apple.
