Costia tracks what you spend, splits what you share, and tells you who owes what. And when you cannot face typing, you hand it the receipt. SPLIT A BILL IN SECONDS, EVEN IF NOBODY ELSE HAS THE APP • Scan the receipt, tick what you had, share the link. That is it. • Everyone else opens the link, types their name and ticks theirs. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for. • What nobody has ticked is nobody's debt, and you split whatever is left once no one else is coming. • Or split it evenly between whoever joins, without saying up front how many of you there are. I LENT DANI 20 • Record what you are owed and what you owe, person by person, with no group to set up. • It works the same with someone who does not use Costia: you type their name and that is all. • Everything you are owed, from everywhere, added up per person on one screen. GROUPS FOR WHAT LASTS • A trip, a flatshare, a couple: the people who come back. • Split evenly, by amount, or item by item: tap who had what and everyone pays for their own. • Clear balances: who owes whom, always up to date. • Settle up in one tap, or hand a debt over to someone else in the group. • Each group keeps its own currency, so a trip in dollars is not counted in euros. YOUR OWN SPENDING, PROPERLY • Income and expenses, with category, payment method, date, notes and a photo. • Your own categories and payment methods, each with its icon. • Recurring expenses: rent, subscriptions, the gym. They log themselves and tell you when something needs a look. • Statistics that make sense: by category, over time, personal against shared, with the charts you choose. • Date, category and subcategory filters that stay where you left them. IT WORKS WHERE YOU ARE • Offline too. Log it in the supermarket car park and it syncs on the way out. • Phone and browser on the same data: Android, iPhone, iPad and finance.costia.app. • English and Spanish, light and dark. • Sign in with Google, Apple, your email, or a passkey and no password at all. COSTIA PREMIUM: THE PART THAT TYPES FOR YOU • Scan the receipt and the expense is already filled in: amount, date, merchant and every item on the ticket. • Forward the invoice to your own @in.finance.costia.app address and it turns up in the app on its own. • Split by talking: "I am not paying for any of the meat in this shop" and your share is recalculated. Save it as a rule and it applies next time. • Search your whole history by meaning, right down to what was on the receipt: type "milk" and the shop that had it comes back. • Ask your assistant what is going on with your money. It can log an expense or record a payment for you, and it never does anything without showing you first and waiting for you to confirm. • Monthly summaries, and a heads-up when something is out of the ordinary. • Premium starts with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers, then renews monthly or yearly until you cancel. YOUR MONEY IS YOURS • No ads. No behavioural analytics. No advertising identifier. Nobody is buying your spending, because it is not for sale. • We ask for no location and no access to your contacts, and we do not connect to your bank: there are no banking credentials here to lose. • You can delete your account from inside the app, and from the web without installing anything. • The AI features analyse what you hand them on a model provider's servers; Costia handles the rest with the providers named in its privacy policy.
