Pfuma – Shop Till & Stock

Pfuma turns the phone in your pocket into a proper till, stock book and account ledger. Built for shops in Zimbabwe — tuckshops, boutiques, hardware stores, bottle stores and anyone who has been running the business out of an exercise book. WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET Everything happens on your phone. No data, no wifi, no waiting for a page to load. When the network is down you keep selling, and nothing is lost. SELL IN SECONDS Tap a product or scan its barcode, take the money, hand over a receipt. Cash, EcoCash, swipe, bank transfer, or on account — including split payments when a customer pays part now and part later. KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE Stock goes down as you sell. Pfuma warns you what is running low before the shelf is empty, so you reorder in time instead of losing the sale. BRING IN THE LIST YOU ALREADY HAVE Keep your products in a spreadsheet? Import it. Pfuma reads CSV and Excel files, matches your columns, and shows you exactly what it will add before it adds anything. Hundreds of products in a couple of minutes, not an evening of typing. PRINT OR SEND RECEIPTS Connect a Bluetooth thermal printer and print a receipt at the counter. No printer? Send it to the customer on WhatsApp instead. NEVER ARGUE ABOUT CREDIT AGAIN Sell on account and Pfuma remembers who owes what, and since when. The same for what you owe your suppliers. SEE WHERE THE MONEY WENT Takings, expenses, and profit, counted for you every day. Reports you can export to Excel or PDF and send to your accountant, your landlord or the bank. STAFF YOU CAN TRUST WITH IT Give each person their own login and decide what they can see. A cashier can sell without seeing your cost prices or your profit. Every void and every refund is recorded against the person who did it. MORE THAN ONE CURRENCY Set your prices once and take payment in USD or ZWG at the rate you choose. A rate change never rewrites your catalogue. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Your shop runs on your phone, with no account to create. Backups are encrypted with a passphrase only you choose, so if you switch on automatic backup the copy kept for you is one nobody else can open — not even us. Keep your own copy wherever you like as well. WHAT IT COSTS 14 days free, with everything switched on. After that US$20 for three months — about 22 cents a day — for the whole shop, with as
