uStadium

Ultimate Stadium (uStadium) is the all-in-one operations platform that puts your entire venue in your pocket. Built for stadium and facility teams, it brings access control, live surveillance, gate management, scanning, bespoke maintenance and reporting together in one fast, secure, offline-ready app — connected to the wider Ultimate Stadium platform. WHAT YOU CAN DO Access Control Manage doors and gates in real time. Open or lock entrances from your phone, see which doors are online at a glance, browse enrolled personnel, and review a live access log of every entry and exit — powered by your ZKBio / ZKTeco access-control and biometric hardware. Live Camera Feeds Watch CCTV from across the venue in one place. Monitor entrances, concourses, grandstands and back-of-house areas live, with instant snapshots and full-screen viewing. Gate Control Pro The complete gate solution. Scan driver's licences and vehicle licence discs at the gate, record entries and exits, capture number-plate photos, and enforce per-gate rules for what must be scanned. Works with rugged handheld scanners (Urovo DT-50) and the phone camera — built for busy match-day lanes. Scanning Instantly capture vehicle licence discs and driving licences, and keep a synced history of your saved vehicles and drivers. Every scan is stored on your device and in the cloud. Bespoke Maintenance A maintenance module built around your venue. Log faults with photos on the spot, run tailored maintenance programmes and schedules, and track projects, milestones and tasks — configured to match the way your team works. Assets & Reports Keep an inventory of equipment and stadium assets, and capture photo reports for offices, suites and more. Stadiums & Mapping Browse venues, departments and directions, and see venues, scans and gate events on an interactive map. Messages & Alerts Send and receive announcements and direct messages, with push notifications, so your whole team stays informed. PART OF THE ULTIMATE STADIUM PLATFORM Your app connects to the full Ultimate Stadium back office, which also manages agreements and contracts, stakeholders, event RSVPs, human resources, calendars, inventory and security mapping across multiple venues and tenants. WHY ULTIMATE STADIUM • Offline-first — keep working when the signal drops; your changes sync automatically once you're back online. • Fast and secure — role-based access keeps every user to exactly what they need. • Bespoke by design — modules are tailored to your venue and the way your team operates. • One app, every module — no more juggling separate systems. uStadium is the Ultimate Stadium operations platform for modern venues.
