TenderProSA

TenderProSA is an AI-powered tender and bid preparation platform built specifically for South African contractors and SMMEs, helping you move from tender document to fully compiled, compliant bid in minutes instead of days. It streamlines tender discovery, bid analysis, job costing, compliance documentation, supplier RFQs, and scheduling so that your team can focus on pricing strategy and project delivery rather than admin. What TenderProSA Does TenderProSA automates the journey from raw tender document to export-ready bid pack, reducing human error and admin workload for contractors, subcontractors, and construction businesses. The platform is designed around South African tender formats, compliance rules, and industry workflows, making it a practical day-to-day tool rather than a generic document editor. Upload tender documents (PDF, Word and related files) and let the system unpack requirements into actionable tasks and checklists. Centralise your bids, projects, RFQs and compliance documents in one workspace so your whole team always works from the latest version. AI Tender Discovery and Analysis The platform includes AI tender analysis tools that help you understand if a tender is a good fit before you commit time and resources. Advanced extraction and summarisation highlight key sections such as scope, eligibility, evaluation criteria, and mandatory documents in a structured, easy-to-read format. AI generates a tender-specific compliance checklist so you know exactly what must be submitted and what information is still missing. Smart prompts and insights flag risk areas such as capacity requirements, experience thresholds, or specific accreditation demands so you can decide quickly whether to bid or walk away. Compliance Documents and Bid Pack Creation TenderProSA turns compliance from a manual, repetitive task into an automated workflow aligned with South African regulations. The platform helps prepare and manage typical tender documentation, including B-BBEE and CIDB related requirements, method statements, and safety documentation. Auto-generate method statements, risk assessments (HIRA) and safety file content tailored to the project scope specified in the tender. Build and reuse company profiles, project histories and standard compliance attachments so that future bids can be assembled in a fraction of the time. Job Costing, BoQ Pricing and Supplier RFQs TenderProSA simplifies pricing by turning complex Bills of Quantities into structured, costable line items that can be priced faster and more consistently. The platform supports material take‑off, rate building and integration of supplier quotes so that your pricing remains competitive and transparent. Generate and edit BoQ pricing with AI assistance, using your own cost baselines, contingencies and mark‑ups to create a consistent pricing model across bids. Use the supplier hub to send RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors, collect quotes in one place, and update your bid pricing instantly when new prices arrive. Scheduling, Collaboration and Export In addition to documents and pricing, TenderProSA supports the planning and coordination needed to submit on time and stay organised. Built‑in scheduling tools and status tracking help teams manage deadlines, responsibilities and version control across the full bid lifecycle. Assign tasks (pricing, document uploads, sign‑offs) to team members, track progress and keep an eye on upcoming deadlines so that no submission date or mandatory meeting is missed. Export professional, competition‑ready bid packages aligned to the tender’s structure, ready for electronic or physical submission, with all required forms and attachments in place.
