Key features: • IP and connectivity monitoring — continuously ping and track the online/offline status of IP-connected devices and links across all your sites. • Live overview — see the health and availability of your sites and devices at a glance, with clear status and service-level indicators. • Interactive map — locate sites and monitor their status geographically. • Job cards — receive, navigate to, action and close field jobs, capturing on-site photo evidence of arrival and completion. • Patrol and attendance — use device location to confirm attendance at assigned sites. • Site cameras — where the client's own secured network provides it, view live site camera feeds over an authenticated, secure connection, in line with the POPIA Act. • Secure by design — authentication is required, data is encrypted in transit, and live feeds remain on the client's private network and are never streamed over public connections.
