KidBux turns a stack of NFC cards into a working rewards currency for your children's ministry, Sunday school, youth group or club. Leaders reward attendance and participation on the spot. Pick a campaign — "Attending Church", "Memory Verse", "Brought a Friend", "Tuck Shop" — and tap each child's card. KidBux are earned or spent instantly against a central ledger. FOR LEADERS, NOT FOR CHILDREN This app is a staff tool. Children never use it — they tap their card on any NFC phone to see their balance on a web page. Only leaders and administrators sign in. GET STARTED FROM THE APP - Create your organisation in minutes, with starter campaigns ready to go - Join your team with a join code; your admin approves you in the app - Take a tour with a demo church before you sign up RUN YOUR PROGRAMME - Earn and Spend campaigns with fixed or custom amounts — ideal for a tuck shop - Create and edit campaigns in the app, including start and end dates - Cooldowns so the same reward can't be claimed twice, from a few seconds to a week - Tap a card to see the child's name and new balance immediately - Forgot their card? Record the swipe by name instead - A running result log for every session - Balance checks without recording a swipe MANAGE YOUR TEAM - Approve or decline join requests, with a notification when someone asks - Make leaders admins, or remove them - Issue cards: link a blank card to a child in a guided two-tap flow - Multiple organisations from a single login BUILT TO BE TRUSTED No value is stored on the card. The card is only an identity token; every balance lives on the server, and the ledger is append-only — mistakes are corrected by reversal, never by editing history. If a card's contents don't match its identity, KidBux flags it rather than trusting it. WHAT CHILDREN SEE Tapping a KidBux card on any NFC phone opens a simple page with your organisation's name and logo and one line: "You have 47 KidBux!" No child's name, no app, no account. PRIVACY No adverts, no analytics, no trackers. Only a child's name is required, recorded with a parent's or guardian's consent. You can delete your account from the app at any time. BEFORE YOU START KidBux works with NTAG213 and NTAG215 NFC cards and needs an NFC-capable Android phone. Children's records, reports and billing are managed in the KidBux web portal.
