AirconTrack is the field companion for technicians working for HVAC and air conditioning service companies using the AirconTrack platform. See your jobs, do the work, capture the evidence and compliance records, and have it all reach the office, even when there is no signal on site. A login is supplied by your company. The app shows the jobs assigned to you, branded with your company's colours and logo. YOUR DAY, IN ONE PLACE - See your assigned jobs with client, site, access notes, fault description and priority - Get a notification when a new job is assigned to you - Mark yourself en route, start the job and complete it, with GPS location captured at each step WORKS OFFLINE Plant rooms and remote sites rarely have good reception. AirconTrack stores your jobs on the device and queues everything you record. When your connection returns, it syncs automatically in the background. A sync indicator shows what is waiting to upload. JOB EVIDENCE AND SIGN-OFF - Take before and after photos for each job, plus general photos - Record the materials used by searching the stock list or scanning a barcode - Capture the customer's signature on completion - Add resolution notes and complete the job REFRIGERANT AND LEAK-CHECK COMPLIANCE - Log refrigerant type, quantity charged and recovered, purpose, cylinder reference and disposal method - Choose the unit being worked on from the equipment at the site - Record leak checks with the method used, the result and when the next check is due FLOW METER READINGS Enter manual readings for the flow meters registered at a site, in the meter's own unit. HEALTH AND SAFETY (HSE) - Complete your company's HSE forms and checklists on your phone, including signatures, attendance and photos - Check site induction status before you start - Keep your certificates and PPE expiry dates to hand - Download HSE submission and visit pack PDFs QUOTES Build a quote from a call-out, add lines from the materials list, and send it to the office. TIMESHEET Review the hours recorded against your jobs. BUILT FOR THE FIELD - Light and dark appearance that follows your phone - Secure sign-in, with your session kept in the device's secure storage - Use the app on more than one device at the same time SUPPORT If something goes wrong in the field, an in-app activity log can be sent to your support team with one tap, so sync and data problems can be fixed faster.
