Underhook: BJJ & Jiu Jitsu

Know your next move on the mat. Underhook is BJJ and jiu jitsu training for the days between classes. Five minutes, a real position, and the only question that counts: what do you do next? You answer, you see why it works, and the next time you roll you are not guessing. Brazilian jiu-jitsu is taught three hours a week and forgotten in between. Underhook is the in between. THE PATH • A guided path from your first day in a white belt to the blue belt test: survival, escapes, guard, passing, sweeps, submissions and the game that ties them together • 1,300+ scenario questions, every one of them a spot you have been stuck in • 10 principles underneath all of it (position before submission, frame before force, hips make space, two threats beat one) so you learn to read a roll instead of memorizing moves • Six ways to train the same idea: lessons, quizzes, coach chats, podcast debates, voice lessons and forum threads • Stripe tests along the way, one belt test at the top. The path ends at blue belt, and we mean it. QUICK ROLL • Fast sparring rounds against the gym, from the day-one rookie to the black belt who never gets tired • Kat, your rival: she plays to win, remembers where your game broke last time and comes straight back at it (Pro) • Stamina, streaks, XP and stripes keep the habit honest WHO IT IS FOR White belts drowning in information. Blue belts on a plateau. Anyone who took up grappling as an adult with a job and cannot add a fourth class to the week. Anyone off the mats with an injury who refuses to lose their game. Underhook does not replace mat time. It makes the mat time you already have stick. FREE AND PRO The whole path is free: every lesson, every position, all the way to the belt test. Every new account also gets 3 days of Underhook Pro, no card and no auto-charge. Pro lifts the daily limit with unlimited stamina, unlocks Kat, and adds a second streak freeze. Monthly, annual and one-time lifetime options are in the app, with the price on screen before you pay. Complete in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Ukrainian. Underhook is a training platform for beginners in positional sports. Jiu-jitsu is the first sport on it. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play > Subscriptions.
