OMA

OMA is an all-in-one business payment platform that brings payroll, commission settlement, spending budgets and gift cards into a single company wallet. Finance and HR teams stop juggling spreadsheets, bank portals and paper claims. Employees stop paying out of pocket and waiting weeks to be reimbursed. Every ringgit that leaves the company is issued, spent and reconciled in one place. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH OMA Pay salaries in one tap Import your payroll file, review it, release it. Net pay is calculated for you, digital payslips are generated automatically, and funds land in employee wallets in real time instead of days later. Every run is archived and searchable. Settle commissions automatically Built for flexible workforces — promoters, affiliates, KOLs, riders and crowdsourced contributors. Publish a task, let people claim it, approve the result, and commission is calculated and paid out on the spot. The full trail from task to payout stays visible. Replace expense claims with budgets Set a budget before the spending happens instead of chasing receipts after it. Allocate funds for travel, office supplies, marketing or training, restrict what the budget can be used for, and cap per-transaction or daily spend. Employees never need to advance their own money again. Scan receipts with AI Photograph a receipt and OMA reads the merchant, date, line items and total for you. Spend is matched against the budget and written off automatically, with the bill and the receipt cross-checked to keep claims honest. Unused budget is returned to the company when the budget closes. Spend anywhere with company cards Issue physical company cards backed by a global card network, so allocated funds can be spent directly at millions of merchants worldwide and online, in multiple currencies, with a push notification for every transaction. No withdrawals, no transfers, no reimbursement cycle. Give and reward with gift cards Create branded gift cards in any denomination, top them up, transfer them to a colleague or customer, and let recipients spend the balance. Ideal for staff perks, festive rewards, referral incentives and customer campaigns. WHY TEAMS CHOOSE OMA One platform — payroll, commission, budget and gift cards on the same balance, instead of four disconnected systems. Real-time settlement — money is usable the moment it is released. Spend control before the fact — purpose-restricted budgets and limits replace after-the-fact approval chains. Full traceability — every allocation, transaction and receipt is recorded and exportable for finance. Built for compliance — identity verification, risk controls and audit trails are part of the platform, not an afterthought. Less manual work — automated calculation, matching and write-off remove most of the repetitive finance workload.
