CertaScope Viewer puts every scope of work your team is assigned right in your pocket. Cleaning and facility crews use CertaScope Viewer to open the exact scope for each site they service: the site photo, every area and task, and a frequency key that spells out what gets done and how often. No paper packets, no guessing. FOR CREWS • Sign in with your crew email and PIN, a one-time code sent to your email, or a link from your company • See every scope you're assigned, grouped by company • Open a scope to see the cover photo, notes, sections, areas, tasks and how often each task is done • Jump to any area from the Contents list • Open attachments such as safety data sheets and floor plans • Keep working without a signal: scopes you've opened are saved on the phone and marked as an offline copy • An open scope refreshes on its own when your company updates it FOR FACILITIES • Open a scope from the link your service provider sends you • Review the scope and approve it with your name, title and an e-signature • If the scope changes while you have it open, nothing is signed until you review the new version • Anyone with the verification link can confirm a signed approval and see the signed document PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Each person's offline copies are kept separate and are erased when they sign out • Your sign-in is stored encrypted on the phone • No ads, no tracking and no in-app purchases ENGLISH AND SPANISH The app follows your phone's language, or you can set CertaScope Viewer to Spanish in Android's per-app language settings.
