The app enables you to do the same – build an expense tracking habit via a simplified logging process that converts voice notes into structured expense data, enabling you to answer every question about every penny spent. VOICE LOGGING + AI Record a voice note describing the expense and Ultimately automagically extracts structured data — amount, category, description, date, and payment source. You review it, edit if needed, and hit save – all in about 12 seconds. You can always log manually too! OPINIONATED CATEGORIES The app ships with a set of predefined categories that will help you really understand your spending patterns and identify opportunities to cut down. You can choose to rename the categories or create new ones too. And you can archive temporary categories such as "Chiang Mai 2026" or "US Trip". MULTI-CURRENCY TRACKING An expense-specific currency picker enables you to record expenses accurately in any currency. Totals show side by side rather than a converted number that makes reconciliation messy. PAYMENT SOURCES When looking back at a particular expense, it's incredibly useful to know whether it was made using one of your credit cards, via a direct bank debit/UPI, or in cash. Want to corroborate your credit card statement or double-check a charge you can't remember? Super easy. Not sure where a refund should land? Just look up the expense and you'll know. Or just want to check how much cash you used last month? Payment sources are quick to select and make all this possible! I understand the ramifications of integrating with third-party APIs that fetch financial data – the cost, the privacy risks, and most importantly, the marginal utility. Ultimately ships with zero such connections, enabling me to offer a beautiful, affordable app that does the job. The free version comes with limited AI credits but with no limits on manual tracking. Premium unlocks more voice logs, full multi-currency support, and cloud sync across your devices.
