Rea is an AI wellness coach you can actually talk to. A voice you can think out loud with, whenever the thought shows up, and not just when you have time to sit down and write. Talk out loud or type. Choose solo, couples, or family sessions. Go at your own pace. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH REA - Talk through what's on your mind, by voice or by text - Choose a coaching style that fits the situation you're in - Work on communication, relationships, stress, or a goal you've been putting off - Look back at what came up across your sessions, and see what's shifting - Find licensed therapists near you, for when you'd rather talk to a person - Manage your session time and account in one place Rea is for reflection and everyday wellbeing.
