Full description
OpenFlock uses your Android phone’s camera to detect and read license plates in real time. Save plate photos with capture times and, when permitted, location information. Review your captures and browse their history. Choose whether to show the camera preview and detected plates. Scanning supports picture-in-picture and an ongoing notification when enabled. Processing adapts to device temperature. Sign in to upload captures. Public uploads are enabled by default; you can change visibility and restrict uploads to Wi-Fi in Settings. Pending uploads use a durable queue. You can delete your uploaded captures and account data. License plate recognition may be inaccurate. Review a photo before relying on a result. Only capture and share images where you have permission to do so.

What's new

Draw inclusion and exclusion areas on a map to control where scanning runs. Sync scanning areas privately with your account, with offline support and protection against conflicting edits. Improved capture management and background scanning controls.
