TimeTrack Scanner by SIPL

TimeTrack Scanner by SIPL turns a shared Android device into an attendance scanner for your TimeTrack workplace. CONNECT YOUR WORKPLACE Use the pairing reference and code provided by your workspace administrator to connect the scanner to your branch. Your administrator sets up scanner access and employee enrollment before attendance starts. CLOCK IN AND OUT Open the camera and choose IN when arriving or OUT when leaving. The scanner checks the face against enrolled employees for that branch and shows the result. Daily attendance controls stay on the main screen; setup and help are grouped separately. ENROLL WITH CONSENT An administrator starts enrollment for the named employee. The employee reads the notice and gives consent on the scanner before enrolling. Face images are processed on the device; encrypted face templates support matching. Employees can decline and use their workplace's authorized manual attendance process. KEEP TRACK OF SYNC See connection and synchronization status. Pending records are confirmed when the scanner reconnects and the server accepts them. Initial pairing, enrollment and renewing scanner access need an internet connection. Keep app data until pending records have synchronized. ENGLISH AND HINDI Choose English or Hindi for everyday use. Designed for shared devices in participating businesses. Owners and managers use the separate TimeTrack by SIPL app to manage employees, branches and attendance.
