Jaspr for Movers

Jaspr is the crew app for removal companies that use Jaspr. Your office adds you, you sign in with your mobile number and a PIN, and your jobs for the day are waiting. You need an account from the removal company you work for. Companies sign up at jaspr.uk. DO THE INVENTORY • Go room by room and add each item from a list of everyday household goods, or type your own. • Record condition with standard codes (scratched, dented, chipped and more) and a short note. • Mark items as fragile, dismantled, disconnected, packed by the crew or the owner, or going to storage. • Count cartons by type and keep a bits box for the screws and fittings. • Use your location to fill in the job address, or type it. GET IT SIGNED • The client checks the list and signs on the screen; the crew member signs too. • The signed inventory goes to your office, and the client can be given their own copy by text or QR code. • Inventory PDFs carry your company's name, logo and colours, not ours. DELIVERIES • See the deliveries your office has given you for the day. • Mark each piece delivered, missing or coming on a later delivery, then the client signs. SAFETY AND PROPERTY • Site risk assessment before work starts, signed by every operative. • Property condition before and after, with photos described for you. CONTAINERS AND LIFTVANS • Load and receive containers with seal checks, a 7-point inspection and a piece-by-piece tally. NO SIGNAL? NO PROBLEM • Every change is saved on the device before the screen shows it as saved. • Work carries on with no signal and sends itself when the device is back online. ADD-ONS YOUR COMPANY CAN SWITCH ON • Photos of items, with the time and place on each picture. • Talk to add items: say "sofa, three seater, scuff on the left arm" and Jaspr adds it. • Suggested condition notes from a photo. • Barcode labels for pieces, scanned with the camera or a Bluetooth scanner, with label printers and scales. FOR PHONES AND TABLETS • Works on Android phones and tablets. On a tablet the room list and the items sit side by side. • Large keys made for gloves, and a dark look for vans and lofts.
