Eventris Live

Eventris is the operational app for professional event safety teams — medical, security, stewarding and facilities crews working festivals, sport and public events. Built for responders and control rooms, it keeps everyone on the same picture in real time, from the first call to stand-down. INCIDENT RESPONSE • Log incidents in seconds and move them through a clear workflow: assign, acknowledge, at scene, convey, stand down. • Control rooms dispatch the right unit; responders see what's coming and respond from their phone. • Set your status — available, busy or on a break — and clock on and off shift. STAY COORDINATED • Team messaging and an operational briefing keep the whole crew aligned. • Share your live location with your control room while you're on shift, so they can dispatch you and look after your welfare across a large site. ON-SHIFT LOCATION — HOW IT WORKS • Location is shared only while you are clocked on to a shift, and stops the moment you clock off. • A notification stays in your status bar the whole time tracking is active, so you always know it's on. • Your location is never used for advertising and is never shared outside your operation. STOCK & EQUIPMENT • Manage inventory from the field — check stock, receive deliveries and record use. • Scan barcodes and capture product photos with your camera. BUILT FOR REAL OPERATIONS • Works across disciplines — medical, security, stewarding and facilities — on one shared operation. • Designed with working event teams for fast, reliable use in the field. Eventris is a professional tool for vetted team members. It requires an organisation account — your operating company adds you to an operation. It is not a consumer app, and it is not a medical device: it coordinates and records, while every operational decision stays with your qualified team.
