TaskTrail

TaskTrail Employee Clock helps employees record their working time and stay up to date with assigned work. The app is designed for employees of organisations using TaskTrail. A valid employee account or invitation is required. Key features: • Clock in and clock out from your phone • View today’s shift and previously recorded times • Edit clock times when corrections are needed • See active, group and upcoming tasks • Open tasks to view instructions and job details • Claim group tasks and mark work as completed • Add issue notes and upload job photos • View remaining holiday entitlement • Set local clock-in and clock-out reminders • Receive work and task notifications • Continue clocking without a connection When offline, clock actions are stored safely on the phone and synchronised automatically when connectivity returns. Previously synchronised task information remains available for reference. TaskTrail does not collect location information and does not contain advertising. Employee and work information is used only to provide TaskTrail’s workforce and task-management features.
