Stratal - Operative Field App connects your working day to your company's Stratal portal. Set up the app with the secure web address supplied by your administrator, then sign in with your work account. Your jobs, information and available tools come from your organisation's own workspace. Built for work on site Open the app to find the work and records available to your role. Review job overviews, read the details your team has provided and find the information you need before starting a task. The mobile layout keeps core actions close at hand, so you can move between jobs, messages and other permitted areas without searching through a desktop portal. Depending on the modules your company uses and the permissions assigned to you, Stratal can help you: • Review assigned work, job details, locations and progress information. • Follow work instructions, RAMS and work packs made available for a job. • Complete checklists and record field updates as work progresses. • Capture site photos and attach supported files to the relevant form or record. • Report incidents and provide field evidence from the place where work happens. • Read messages, alerts and documents shared through your company portal. • Access field delivery, time and other operational tools when your role permits them. Clear job information Work can change throughout the day. Stratal gives you a mobile view of the job information held in the portal, helping you check what is assigned, understand the work ahead and revisit the details when you need them. The content you see is supplied by your company, so the app follows the same records your office and field teams use. Record work as it happens Use available checklists and field forms to capture progress while you are on site. Where a form supports it, you can take a photo with your device or choose a supported file to attach. Keep notes and evidence with the work they relate to, rather than waiting to reconstruct the day afterwards. Incident reporting and other field forms appear when your organisation has enabled them and your account has access. Stay connected to the team Messages, alerts and documents can be available alongside your work. Check updates from your company, refer to the material provided for a job and move between the tools you are authorised to use. Your organisation decides which modules are active, so the app presents a workspace that reflects its processes. Access that follows your role Stratal uses the permissions on your portal account. Operatives see the work and actions their company allows. A supervisor or manager may see additional menus and controls when the portal grants those permissions. The server remains responsible for account access, job assignments and which records each person can use. Each company portal controls access to its own records. One app for different companies Each organisation provides its own secure Stratal address. Enter that address during setup and sign in with the account your administrator gives you. The app connects to that company's portal and uses its live information and settings. You do not need a separate version of the app for every organisation using Stratal. Working with limited connectivity Some field pages may support saving work for later synchronisation when your company's portal is configured for it. A saved item is not the same as a confirmed submission. When a connection returns, reopen the relevant field page and check its sync status and server confirmation. Getting started You need an active Stratal company portal, its secure web address and an authorised work account. Your administrator manages your permissions, work assignments and available modules. Features shown in the app vary by organisation and account. If you cannot see a job or tool you expect, contact your company administrator to review your access.
