Somewhere Automation Advisory

Somewhere Automation Advisory is a local, inspection-first review tool for assessing the condition of specific workflow categories and operational blocks before you consider automation work. Use it to inspect, mark readiness states, and generate practical follow-up outputs without requiring sign-in or contacting anyone. Key features • Review-board-first automation readiness heatmap See a structured readiness board across categories and the current distribution of Ready, Partial, Missing, and Risk. • Inspect categories with checklist delta and notes Open any category to answer readiness checks, add short local notes, and view answered versus unresolved items as a delta strip. • Focused gap view for unresolved items Filter to only partial, missing, and risky checklist items for a category, grouped by subsection, so you can edit status in place. • Issue cluster grid across the whole review Turn inspection results into issue clusters to spot recurring blockers, with direct links back to the source gaps. • Action pack built from inspected gaps Generate a compact follow-up pack with actions tied to issue clusters, including rationale, local editable action notes, and trace-back to the gaps that produced them. • Save, reopen, duplicate, rename, and export reviews locally Keep a local history of saved reviews on your device. Duplicate or rename packs, reopen them later, and export a review summary using local data only. Built for operations managers, process owners, office and service delivery leads, and admin or digital improvement teams who need to understand “where this workflow is ready, partial, missing, or risky” as a structured inspection. Note: The review outputs are informational and planning-oriented, based on your local inspection entries.
