SmartGig Driver

You’ve got enough to do on delivery day. SmartGig Driver keeps your deliveries, collections, site contacts and job details together, so there’s less chasing and more getting on with the job. KNOW WHERE YOU’RE GOING See your assigned deliveries and collections, with the address, timings, access notes and people to call at each stop. Open directions in your preferred maps app. CHECK BEFORE YOU SET OFF Work through your vehicle checks on the phone. If something needs attention, add a note and a photo for your transport manager. KEEP A RECORD OF THE HANDOVER Once parked, record your arrival and what was delivered or collected. Add photos, a signature and the recipient’s name. If only part of the load was delivered, or the stop couldn’t be completed, record what happened so your team can follow it up. CARRY ON WHEN THE SIGNAL DROPS For journeys you’ve already loaded, keep recording stops without a connection. Your phone saves your work and sends it when you reconnect. Check Updates to see anything still waiting to send. KEEP YOUR TEAM IN THE PICTURE When tracking is enabled and you’ve agreed to share your location, your transport team can follow your progress and check arrival estimates. You can pause sharing in the app. BEFORE YOU GET STARTED SmartGig Driver works with SmartGig Transport Manager. Your organisation provides access and assigns the jobs you’ll see. Use the invite code from the person organising your deliveries to get started. Set up and record stops while parked.
