Access patrol tasks, record incidents, communicate with colleagues and manage day-to-day site activity from your phone. PATROLS AND SITE REPORTING Access your assigned workspace, complete patrol and site forms, and record daily occurrence book entries. Keep your team informed with reports and supporting photos, videos or documents. TEAM COMMUNICATION Use push-to-talk to communicate with colleagues and receive control room alerts and notifications. Supported devices can provide hardware button controls for compatible functions. BODY-WORN CAMERA Capture footage using the body-worn camera tools available to your organisation. Recording features depend on your device, permissions and organisation’s configuration. CONNECTED WORKSPACE Access enabled tools for visitor management, fire roll calls, shifts, documents and training. Your available tools depend on your organisation’s Secure AMS services and your account permissions. ACCOUNT AND DEVICE ACCESS Sign in with your Secure AMS account. Biometric sign-in is available on compatible devices. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Secure AMS Guard requires an account provided or authorised by a participating organisation. Features vary by organisation, role, device and permissions. Location, camera, microphone and notification access may be needed for particular functions. Your employer or service provider determines how organisational records are used and retained, in line with its applicable DPIA, GDPR obligations, privacy notice and retention policy.
