Rivvet

Rivvet is the job management app built for UK trades. It keeps one shared record of every job: milestones, evidence and approvals, between you and your client, so there's never an argument about what was done, when, or whether it was signed off. KEEP A SOURCE OF TRUTH ON YOUR JOB SITES Capture photos, video and voice notes as you work. Every live capture is time-stamped and location-verified on site, building a tamper-evident record of the job as it actually happened. No more digging through your camera roll to prove a wall was plastered before it was painted. CLIENTS APPROVE MILESTONES AS YOU GO Break the job into milestones your client can understand. When a stage is done, submit your evidence and they approve it from their own app — clearly, in writing, with the evidence attached. Queries are handled in the same place, against the same record. BUILT AROUND HOW YOU ALREADY WORK Quotes, milestones and invoices live alongside the evidence, so the paper trail matches the work. Rivvet fits around your existing tools rather than replacing them — it's the record of the work, kept where both sides can see it. A RECORD THAT WORKS FOR YOU Your completed jobs become a verifiable history of work delivered and approved — useful for the next client, the next quote, and the disputes that never happen because the record was there. WHO IT'S FOR Builders, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, plasterers, decorators, landscapers — any UK residential trade that wants the work on the record. Getting started takes minutes: sign in with your email — no passwords — tell us about your business, and start your first job. Your client gets their own view of the project, free.
