Provly – Proof of Delivery

Provly is simple proof of delivery for small businesses: florists, butchers, farm shops, bakeries and anyone who delivers their own orders. Add your orders, send your drivers out, and get proof of every drop: photos, video, a signature, who took it, where it was left and the GPS position, all saved against the order. ADD ORDERS IN SECONDS • Type or paste orders straight from a WhatsApp message or email • Upload a spreadsheet, a Word document, a screenshot or a photo of your order book, and Provly reads the orders for you • Every postcode is checked, with suggestions when one looks wrong PLAN THE DAY • One route per driver per day • Find the quickest route in one tap, or drag stops into your own order • See delivery times at a glance, like "After 2pm" DELIVER WITH PROOF • Driver taps "I'm on my way", then "I've arrived", and records the proof • Photos, video and signature, with the name of who took it • Couldn't deliver? Record why, and reschedule it for another day • Works with poor signal: proof is saved and sent when the phone reconnects SHARE PROOF WITH CUSTOMERS • Email customers their proof automatically when a delivery is made, with your own shop logo • Share proof by email or WhatsApp, or save it as a PDF RUN IT FROM YOUR PHONE OR COMPUTER • Everything works on your phone, and on your computer at app.provly.co.uk with the same login • Invite drivers with a join code by email, WhatsApp or text • Choose what each person can do: plan routes, see previous deliveries, or manage drivers • Get an email when a route is finished, with anything that wasn't delivered PRICING Free for 7 days, no credit card required. Then £9.99 a month for up to five drivers, paid through Google Play. Provly is made in the UK by Logistics Training (UK) Ltd. Privacy policy: https://app.provly.co.uk/privacy Help: [email protected]
