OptiCab Dispatch puts your fleet's live operation in your pocket. Built for owners, managers and controllers of taxi, private hire and courier fleets that run on OptiCab. YOUR BOARD, ANYWHERE: Watch bookings, drivers and vehicles in real time, exactly as your office sees them. Step away from the desk without losing sight of the operation. THE NUMBERS THAT MATTER: Jobs today, completion rates, revenue and driver performance, all live. Spot a quiet patch or a surge while there is still time to act on it. REACH EVERY OPERATOR AT ONCE: Post an announcement from your phone and it lands on every dispatch wallboard in the office. Notifications bring the important moments to you. SECURE BY DESIGN: Sign in with your operator account, protected by passkeys or an authenticator app, with an app lock for when the phone leaves your hand. Access is scoped to your role, and everything is encrypted in transit. OptiCab Dispatch requires an operator account from a fleet that uses OptiCab.
