Julie: Baby Sleep & Feeding

Julie is a baby sleep and feeding tracker with a midwife behind it. Most baby apps log. Julie logs, and then explains. Track naps and feeds in a tap, then ask her anything about your baby in your own words, at 2pm or at 3am. She remembers your child and grows with them, from newborn to toddler. Julie is a parenting app for families with children 0 to 3. Her guidance is grounded in NHS and NICE standards and shaped by UK-based doctors, midwives, health visitors and sleep consultants. SLEEP CORTEX: BABY SLEEP, PAST THE WAKE WINDOW For families who have tried everything and need more than a timer. Julie helps with sleep windows. Julie learns your baby's rhythm and tells you when they are most likely to settle, for naps and for nights. Plus a sleep plan for when they will not. Gentle, flexible sleep training options (Ferber, Fading, Chair) shaped to your child's age and temperament, as steps you work through rather than a paragraph of theory. Context that carries over. The leap, the cold, the new childminder, the difference between how each parent settles them. Julie holds all of it and adjusts. Feeds and sleeps read together. Your feeding log informs the sleep plan. FEEDING TRACKER: BREAST, BOTTLE, COMBI AND FIRST SOLIDS Log a breastfeed, a bottle or a meal in a couple of taps. Quick add now, details later. Record the feed in the moment, then fill in the length, the amount or what they ate when you have a hand free. Or just tell her. Mention the feed in conversation and Julie logs it for you. Weaning and first solids, from purees to finger food. Your feeding history then informs everything else she says, including the sleep plan. EVERYDAY PARENTING, ASKED IN PLAIN ENGLISH Weaning, milestones, nappies, teething, dummies, tummy time and toddler tantrums. And the questions you would rather not say out loud at 4am. Personal - Julie remembers your family's story rather than starting from a blank search bar. Grounded - Answers built on the same NHS and NICE guidance your health visitor works from. Calm - Never alarmist, never preachy. The brilliant friend who happens to be a midwife. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK Everything a baby tracker should hold, in one place. - Baby sleep, naps and night wakings - Breastfeeding, bottle feeds, formula, combi feeding and solids - Growth and milestones over time JULIE FOR FAMILIES You can share Julie with your partner by adding them in Julie for Families.
