Flouri is a wellbeing tracking app built around one idea: you know what good looks like for you. Instead of prescribing targets, Flouri lets you choose the habits that matter most and set your own goals for each. Walking ten minutes counts. So does running five kilometres. Going to bed by eleven counts. So does sleeping eight hours. Your goals. Your pace. Choose from ten evidence-based habits, each linked to mental health and wellbeing: •Sleep •Exercise •Time outdoors •Social connection •Mindfulness •Gratitude journal •Nutrition •Alcohol •Caffeine cutoff •Screen time Track only what you want. Pick three or pick all ten. Add or remove metrics any time. There's no scoring or leaderboard. Nobody to compare yourself to. Set goals that work for you. Choose from sensible defaults or write your own. The app supports daily and weekly goals, and you can edit them whenever you like. Build streaks, gently. Streaks celebrate consistency. Each milestone - 3, 7, 14, 30 days - gets its moment. If life gets in the way, pause your streaks in advance for holidays, or retrospectively for illness. Your progress stays protected. Flouri only celebrates, never judges. A quiet space for gratitude. A dedicated gratitude journal sits alongside the metrics, with your entries there to look back on. See progress kindly. The Insights screen shows your consistency over time and your personal bests. It's there to encourage you, not grade you. Privacy is the default. Flouri stores all your data on your device.
