EST Workforce is the app for people who work with Event Support Team Ltd. It is for our own event staff and office team. You need an account from the EST office to sign in. ASSIGNMENTS - See work offered to you and review the Assignment Schedule: event, site, role, date, hours and the rate of pay for that Assignment. - Read the Terms of Engagement and the Risk Assessment and Method Statement, make the declaration and accept. You are never under an obligation to accept. - Keep an Acceptance Record of what you agreed to, and re-read the documents at any time. - See all of your upcoming Assignments by week, with directions to site, the site briefing and notes. - If you can no longer attend, cancel the Assignment in the app so that cover can be arranged. CLOCKING IN AND OUT - Clock in and out on site with one tap. Your location is confirmed at that moment. - See how long you have been on your Assignment. - No signal? Your clocking is saved on your phone and sent when you are back in signal. - The app never clocks you in or out by itself. It reminds you. OFFICE STAFF ON CONTRACTED HOURS - Clock in and out for your working day and see your hours against your contract. - Request annual leave, report sickness and request time in lieu, and follow each request. STAYING IN TOUCH - Message the office and keep your message history. - Ask the assistant common questions at any time. - Reminders before each Assignment, and an option to add Assignments to your calendar. - Payslips, training, your documents and your privacy choices in one place.
