- A platform dedicated to finding cover for medical shifts across hospitals. - MCH Staffing has been customised specifically by medical professionals to meet the busy, fast paced, rapidly changing demand in healthcare professionals. - Lists are posted by hospital administration for work across numerous hospitals. - Groups of selected preferred healthcare professionals can be invited first by the administrators before pushing invites to the wider pool of professionals if necessary. - Filters ensure healthcare professionals only see work relevant to them as defined by the skill sets they have and the hospitals they have admitting rights at. - Healthcare professionals view the shift information and select the shifts they want to do. - Emails, SMS and In-App notifications are automatically sent to all the relevant parties. - Timely reminders are sent to healthcare professionals so no list is left forgotten.
