WIPAHS: 30 Years of Humanitarian Aid World Islamic People's Aid and Humanitarian Services (WIPAHS) is a non-profit organization based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. It was founded in 1988 by a group of dedicated individuals who were committed to helping those in need.
