MTP

MTP is the official app of MDOE TURNING POINT, which rents rooms and shops in Dodoma, Pwani and Dar es Salaam. One app, two ways to use it: for tenants, and for the managers and staff who run the properties. FOR TENANTS • See your current contract, rent and monthly charges in one place • View your payment history and receipts • See how to pay: the bank, mobile money and lipa numbers to use • Get reminders for payments and contract expiry • Read notices from your property manager • Request a contract renewal • Change your password and keep your details up to date FOR MANAGERS AND STAFF • Dashboard with occupancy, collections and balances at a glance • Properties, rooms and an occupancy board showing what is vacant or let • Tenant records and contracts, including renewals and terminations • Record payments and issue printable receipts • Record expenses, with receipt photos • Reports, including monthly collections • Review room applications from the website • Send SMS and WhatsApp reminders and announcements to tenants • Roles and permissions: managers see only the properties assigned to them • Works with poor connections: entries are saved on the phone and sent when you are back online SECURE AND PRIVATE • Sign in with your phone number or email and your password • Optional fingerprint unlock; your fingerprint never leaves your phone • No advertising and no tracking AVAILABLE IN SWAHILI AND ENGLISH Your account is created by MTP. If you are a tenant or staff member and cannot sign in, contact your property manager or the MTP office. This app does not process payments: you pay through the bank or mobile money details shown in the app, and your payment is recorded by MTP. Questions? [email protected] · +255 715 447 200
