職災勞工可透過職災守護APP系統提出服務申請，本中心將進行1對1的服務與轉介，並持續後續的個案進度追蹤。職災守護APP可查詢職災認可醫療機構資源與政府窗口，並可即時獲得最新訊息資訊。 勞動部為推動職場安全衛生及職災勞工協助服務之永續發展，捐助成立「財團法人職業災害預防及重建中心」，於111年4月29日舉行揭牌典禮，將致力推廣「預防」、「保護」 、「重建」全面性的服務工作，並提供「本質安全源頭管理技術服務」、「職安衛文化深耕服務」、「職場健康臨場親近服務」、「綜合資訊即時慰助服務」、「職災勞工一條龍個管服務」、「職業傷病診治照護健全服務」、「復工計畫重返職場專業服務」、「津貼補助資源系統建置服務」、「工作者職安照護擴大服務」等服務，以守護企業及勞工。 本中心以推展國家規劃之職業災害預防與重建政策，協助辦理職業災害預防及職業災害勞工重建相關業務，使每一個工作者安全健康工作，保護職業災害勞工權益，確保安全健康勞動力為宗旨。 中心官網：https://www.coapre.org.tw/ 中心LINE官方帳號：https://lin.ee/wo0HzEa
