Full description

【資料來源】內政部國土利用監測整合資訊網（landchg.tcd.gov.tw）公開資料，經 kiang.github.io 整理為開放格式。

What's new

1. Skia renderer opt-out (EnableImpeller=false in the manifest) — the standard fix for this rejection; verified the app renders and works correctly with Skia on the emulator. No visual or functional downside for this app. 2. The Android 7–9 tracking-write fix from 1.0.1+2 rides along (the SQL syntax that failed on older devices' SQLite).
