Full description

You're not alone, and you're not broken. Trich Reset is a calm, private companion for people living with trichotillomania (hair pulling) and other body-focused repetitive behaviours (BFRBs). No shame, no willpower lectures — just practical tools that meet you where you are. WHAT'S INSIDE • Guided meditations & audio resets — a growing library of calming sessions designed specifically for pulling urges, including female- and male-voiced options. Listen with the screen off, whenever the urge hits. • Urge & pull logging — capture the moment in seconds: where you were, what you felt, what triggered it. Patterns emerge; awareness grows. • Daily check-ins — a gentle mood and progress ritual that takes under a minute. • Streaks that understand recovery — progress in recovery isn't all-or-nothing, and neither are our streaks. A hard day doesn't erase your journey. • Badges & milestones — quiet celebrations of real wins, from your first log to your longest pull-free run. • Lessons — short, science-informed reading on how urges work and how habit reversal helps. • Private by design — your alias is yours; your data is yours. Delete your account (and everything with it) any time, right from the app. WHO IT'S FOR Anyone who pulls hair, picks skin, or lives with a BFRB — whether you were diagnosed years ago or only just found out this has a name. It's also a supportive window into the experience for partners, parents, and friends. A NOTE ON CARE Trich Reset is a self-help support tool. It is not a medical device and doesn't replace care from a doctor, therapist, or other qualified professional. If you're struggling, please reach out to one — you deserve support in every form. Membership unlocks the full meditation library and premium features. Start your reset today.
