ABOUT ONTO onto is a hotel booking app for leisure travellers in India, covering stays in India and abroad. Most booking sites are crowded with pop-ups, urgency banners and prices that change at checkout. onto shows each hotel with large photos and only the details that help you decide. It shows the price for your real dates and guests, and checks that price again with the hotel before you pay. After booking, onto keeps your trips, booking confirmations and saved co-travellers in one place. The app is for adults (18+). SCREEN RECORDING A recording made on a physical iPhone running iOS [26.6.1] is attached. It starts at app launch and covers browsing, sign-up and login, booking and payment, trips and account deletion. Users sign in with a one-time 6-digit code sent to their email or phone, or with Sign in with Apple or Google. You don't need an account to browse. Demo account: - Tap the profile icon on Home, or tap to book a hotel. - Enter [email protected] and tap Continue. - The code is sent to that Gmail inbox. Sign in at gmail.com with the username and password in the Sign-in fields, open the email, and enter the code in onto. This account already has an open booking, so the trips screens show real content. You can also use Sign in with Apple with any Apple ID. Phone sign-in accepts Indian (+91) numbers only. MAIN FEATURES Search: on Home, tap a destination or the search bar, then choose dates and guests. Results: sort, filter (stars, guest rating, price, amenities) and swipe through photos. Hotel: Photos, Rooms and Amenities tabs. Choose a room, meal plan and cancellation option. Share the hotel. Booking: choose who it's for, add the lead guest's name, contact details and PAN (the Indian tax ID our hotel supplier needs to issue a booking), then pay with Razorpay. Payments are live and charge real money in INR. You can close the Razorpay screen to see "Payment cancelled. Nothing was charged." If you complete a booking, email us and we'll cancel and refund it in full. Trips: Profile > Bookings shows Upcoming, Past and Cancelled trips. Open a booking to download the confirmation PDF, copy the booking ID, open the hotel in Maps, or chat with support on WhatsApp. Travellers: Profile > Travellers. Add, edit or remove co-travellers. Account deletion: Profile > Account settings > Delete account, then confirm. This permanently deletes the account, profile and saved travellers. There is no user-generated content and no In-App Purchase. onto sells only hotel stays, which are physical services used outside the app (Guideline 3.1.3(e)). There are no special settings. EXTERNAL SERVICES Stytch: sign-in (email and SMS codes, Apple, Google) OnArrival: our contracted hotel supplier for hotel content, live rates and bookings Razorpay: payments in INR (a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India) Google Cloud: hosts our backend WhatsApp: support chat The device's maps app: "Open in Maps" onto uses no AI, advertising or tracking SDKs. REGIONS The app works the same in every region. Prices and payments are in INR, phone sign-in is for +91 numbers only, and the lead guest needs an Indian PAN. Email, Apple and Google sign-in work everywhere. AUTHORISATION Hotels, rates and hotel content (photos, descriptions, ratings) come from OnArrival under a commercial agreement that allows us to sell and display them.
