Caller ID CRM turns every incoming call into a customer record you already have. When your phone rings, the app matches the number against your own contact list and shows the name and your notes on screen — before you pick up. Nothing is looked up online. Nothing leaves your device. WHY OFFLINE MATTERS Most caller ID apps work by uploading your contacts to a server and querying a shared database. Caller ID CRM does not. Your customer list stays in an encrypted database on your phone, and the app never sends it anywhere. If you handle client information, that difference is the whole point. WHAT IT DOES Caller pop-up An overlay appears the moment a call comes in, showing the caller's name and the notes you've saved for them. You know who it is and what it's about before you answer. Customer records Store names, phone numbers, and free-form notes. Payment terms, past issues, how they like to be addressed — whatever you want in front of you on the next call. Per-call notes Log what happened on each individual call. The next time that number rings, the history is right there. Useful when someone else picks up the phone. Flagged callers Mark a contact as one to watch. Flagged numbers show up prominently in the pop-up, so difficult calls never catch you off guard. Encrypted local storage Everything is stored in an encrypted database on your device. We operate no server for your data and have no way to read it. Password-protected backup Export your records as an encrypted file and save it wherever you like — local storage, cloud drive, your choice. Restore it on a new phone by importing the same file. Note: the file is encrypted with a password you set. If you lose that password, the file cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. BUILT WITH MINIMAL PERMISSIONS The app reads incoming numbers through Android's standard Call Screening service. That means: - No call log access - No phone state permission - No blocking, rejecting, or silencing of calls - Numbers never leave your device We request the smallest set of permissions the feature needs, and nothing beyond it. SETTING UP Three steps on first launch: 1. Allow notifications 2. Set the app as your call screening app in Android settings 3.
