BeGrate - Daily gratefulness.

BeGrate is a gratitude journal built for real life: small, honest moments instead of perfect paragraphs. Each day, you write one line about something you're thankful for, something that went right, or something that helped you breathe a little easier. The goal isn't to perform positivity. It's to train your attention to notice the good that already exists, even on ordinary days. NO ADS: BeGrate does not show advertising: no banners, no interstitials, no sponsored posts. If you want to support it upgrade your plan. WHY ONE LINE A DAY: Long journaling can feel like homework. BeGrate keeps the bar intentionally low: a single line is enough to count as a win. That consistency compounds. Over weeks and months, your history becomes a gentle record of growth, a proof that you showed up, that small joys add up, and that hard seasons still held sparks worth remembering. TODAY, HISTORY, AND YOUR RHYTHM: The Today screen greets you by name and invites you to capture today's gratitude with a simple prompt. When you're done, a small moment of encouragement sends you on your way, because finishing should feel good, not heavy. History helps you revisit what you've written: sort newest or oldest, search your lines, and star favorites so the entries that matter most are always one tap away. Patterns emerge naturally over time: recurring comforts, seasonal moods, and tiny details you'd otherwise forget. A CALM, PRIVATE SPACE Your reflections belong to you. BeGrate is designed to feel like a quiet corner of your phone: focused, personal, and free of social pressure. Keep your thoughts organized so you can return when you need perspective, comfort, or a reminder of who you're becoming. GENTLE REMINDERS, NOT GUILT Life gets busy. Turn on an optional daily reminder when you want a friendly nudge, or leave it off if you don't. Gratitude here is supportive: a soft anchor for peace of mind, relationships, sleep, anxiety, purpose, and the everyday reasons people come to practices like this. MAKE IT YOURS: Personalize your experience with avatars and a little companion pet, plus themes and palettes that match your vibe. New looks unlock as your streak grows—small rewards for showing up consistently. BEAUTIFUL AND EASY TO USE: Thoughtful design, light and dark modes, and a flow that respects your time. BEGRATE PRO: BeGrate is free to use for daily gratitude journaling. BeGrate Pro is an optional subscription that helps support development and unlocks extras, like the full collections of avatars, pets, and themes, plus the ability to delete lines from your history if you want a cleaner archive. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the App Store or Google Play. OFFLINE: Your journal is on your device, no cloud, no one watching what you are writing. WHO IT'S FOR: Whether you're new to gratitude journaling or returning after a long break, BeGrate meets you where you are. Download BeGrate and start with one line today, the smallest habit can change how you move through the world. WELLBEING, WITHOUT THE NOISE: BeGrate isn't a social network, a feed, or a leaderboard. It's a place to slow down, name one good thing, and close the app feeling slightly lighter. If you've tried journaling apps that felt overwhelming, you might find this one refreshingly small on purpose. YOUR DATA, TREATED SERIOUSLY We care about doing this responsibly: you can read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use from in-app settings whenever you want clear, plain-language detail about how the app works. If you're ready for a sustainable gratitude habit—one line, one day at a time—BeGrate is here to help you begin (and keep going).
