Pushgard: Push Up Battle Arena

Pushgard is a role-playing game where your push-ups are the controller. You can play without a subscription and with no time limit: the tower, arena, league, and ranks are open to everyone. Set your phone on the floor, get in the frame, and the camera counts every push-up for you. Each one hits a monster in the tower or an opponent in the arena. It also counts squats, crunches, and planks. That makes it a free home workout with no equipment: a floor, a phone, and a push-up counter that runs by itself. PUSH-UP BATTLES WITH FRIENDS • Online battles happen when you’re both in the game: each of you stands in front of your own phone, two counters on screen, one minute per fight. • Friend busy? Send a challenge, and they answer with their own set when they have time. • No friends in the game yet? The arena matches you with an opponent at your level. WEEKLY LEAGUE AND TOURNAMENT • Every week, everyone who trained lands in a league. • Points are measured against your own goal, so a beginner can beat someone who does a hundred push-ups. • The top half of the league moves up a rung, from Wood to Obsidian. • Every Monday a tournament opens for each exercise: a bracket, set against set, and the champion wears a frame for the week. THE TOWER AND THE HEROES • A ten-stage tower for solo play: slime, skeletons, goblins, and it gets meaner the higher you climb. • A set is a fight, a rep is a hit. Chiefs don’t go down in one set: you wear them down over a few days. • Three heroes: the Barbarian hits harder, the Mage has more health, the Archer fights longer. • Gear drops from chests and is forged from shards. Money can’t buy it. RANK BY REAL STRENGTH • Your rank depends only on reps in a single set, from Iron to Radiant. • Each exercise has its own rank, with thresholds taken from fitness standards. • Skip confirming your rank for too long and it drops. APP BLOCKER: EARN YOUR SCREEN TIME • Pick what eats your evenings: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, games. • A blocked app won’t open until you earn minutes with exercise. When the minutes run out, it locks again. • No more free doomscrolling: every minute in those apps costs push-ups. • You lock only yourself, and you can turn the block off at any time. • The game asks for two Android permissions: Usage access, to see which app is open, and Display over other apps, to cover it. Both are used only for blocking and can be turned off in your phone settings. WHAT KEEPS YOU GOING • Your weekly goal is set from your first baseline. • Rest days don’t break your streak, and a shield covers one extra missed day. • A 30-day push-up challenge ends. Here every week brings a new goal and a new league. FREE AND PREMIUM The tower, arena, duels, league, and ranks need no subscription and have no time limit. Premium adds: • two more heroes, each with their own health; • potions every Monday and a second reward track for the week and the season; • a streak shield once a month and unlimited hero fights (three a week without it); • a pick of two items from each chest and extra chests in the tower; • a choice of how many minutes in blocked apps each rep earns. Premium gives no reps, rank, or XP: those come only from exercise. The subscription renews automatically, and you can cancel it any day in your Google Play settings. CAMERA AND DATA • Video never leaves your phone and is never saved. Recognition runs on the device. • After a set, only skeleton points with no image go to our server to improve counting. They’re kept for thirty days. • Without an account the game lives on your phone. An account is for the arena, friends, and moving your progress to a new phone. Train at your own pace.
