DayTag: Countdown Widget

DayTag is a local-first countdown and anniversary tracker. Pin the days you care about to your Home Screen. Add a date in seconds — a birthday, an anniversary, a trip, an exam, a habit start — and see days left or days since every time you unlock your phone. WHAT YOU GET · Counts both ways Future dates count down. Past dates count up. An exam is "42 days left"; a habit is "128 days since". Expired events flip automatically and never show a negative number. · Home Screen widgets Small and medium widgets refresh after midnight. Tap a widget to open the event. This is the main way to use DayTag — you do not need to open the app every day. · Local-first privacy Everything stays on your device. No account, no login, no cloud upload, no ads, no analytics SDK. Works in airplane mode. · Local reminders Remind yourself on the day, or 1, 3, or 7 days before. Reminders are scheduled on-device and restore after reboot. · One-tap share cards Share through the system share sheet. No third-party social SDK. · Six categories and light / dark themes Birthday, holiday, anniversary, work, study, other. WHO IT'S FOR · Anyone counting down to a trip, concert, or exam · People who forget birthdays and anniversaries · Professionals tracking deadlines and document expiry · Habit builders who want to see "N days since day one" WHAT WE DON'T DO No journaling, no team calendars, no social feed. DayTag makes the day count the first thing you see. PRIVACY DayTag does not collect personal data. Privacy policy: https://daytag.starai.tech/privacy-policy/?lang=en Support: [email protected]
