Waball: Run Your Sports Club

Amateur sport falls apart for three reasons: not enough people show up, the day itself turns into a mess, and nobody can agree on the money. Waball sorts out all three. SET UP A SESSION Post the time, venue, capacity and fee. Keep it to your club or open it to anyone. Who is in, what it costs and until when you can cancel for free are on the first screen, and joining takes one tap. When it fills up, people join the waitlist; when someone drops, the next person moves up. Save the venue and settings as a template and next time you only pick the date. ON THE DAY, JUST WAIT FOR YOUR NUMBER Everyone gets a number at check-in. The app rotates players across the courts and picks them so that the number of games stays even. Late arrivals and early leavers are handled as they come and go, and everyone can follow all courts and the board on their own phone. For futsal and basketball it splits teams, keeps score and shows the table. Scores go in courtside, in big numbers. THE APP NEVER TOUCHES MONEY Even splits, separate member and visitor prices and guests are all worked out for you, with a list of who owes what. People pay in person, in cash or with whatever payment app they already use. Waball only keeps the record. There are no in-app purchases and no payment processing of any kind. RUN YOUR CLUB IN ONE PLACE Schedule, dues, joining fees, passes, supplies, notices, members and group chat. Invite people with a code or a link. The club page has an "About" section for the basics, what you are looking for and the club rules, and you can make a recruiting poster from it. CLUB BOOKS EVERYONE CAN SEE Income and spending, reported month by month. The ledger can be opened to all members (admins choose how much is shown), so nobody argues over who paid what. Admins can export it as CSV. TOURNAMENTS Entries, check-in, knockout, round robin and Swiss draws, and entry fees received. Players report scores and the other side confirms; staff can enter them too. DISCOVER Find sessions, clubs and venues near you by distance (each venue comes with a map), and players who are looking for people to play with.
