PlanX Inspect is a professional field tool for building inspections, permits, and daily field reports. It connects inspectors, project teams, and office staff so an inspection can be requested, scheduled, performed, and signed off without paperwork or a trip back to the office. Built for construction and code-compliance work, PlanX keeps everything for the day in one place: your schedule, the site details, the permit each inspection falls under, and the report at the end. FOR PROJECT TEAMS AND CUSTOMERS - Request inspections by permit, and ask for several inspections across permits in one submission. - Pick preferred dates and time windows, with clear cutoff times. - Follow the status of every request from pending to scheduled to complete. - View your finished inspection reports. FOR INSPECTORS IN THE FIELD - See your day at a glance, grouped by day, project, or permit. - Tap a site address to open directions in your maps app. - Mark yourself on the way and on site, with on-site location capture. - Record results as pass, fail, partial, or N/A, with notes and photos. - Add voice notes that are transcribed to text, so you can keep your hands on the work. - Reference the approved code-compliance notes for each project while you are there. REPORTS, START TO FINISH - Compile a field report from the day's inspections. - Enter your time on site and charges. - Review the full report, then sign it and send it to the office. - Admins review and complete reports back at the office.
