Kaafi Sems

Kaafi SEMS is the official guardian app for schools using the Kaafi Smart Education Management System (SEMS). Stay informed about your children's education in one place — on your phone, in English or Somali. WHO IS THIS FOR? Parents and guardians whose school uses Kaafi SEMS. After installing the app, select your school, sign in with your guardian account, and view information for the students linked to you. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Home dashboard — See a quick overview for each child: attendance, exams, homework, discipline, boarding, and more. • Student records — Open detailed tabs for exams (overall and per exam), attendance and lateness, discipline, tests and homework, calendar events, files, and boarding (attendance, leave, visitors, incidents). • Finance — View invoices, receipts, and school documents linked to your account. • Messages — Read announcements and messages sent by the school. • Notifications — Receive timely alerts when results are published, homework is assigned, fees are issued, attendance is recorded, and other important school events occur. Alerts use your school name so you know which school the update is from. • Academic years — The app opens on the current academic year; you can switch to previous years when needed. • Languages — Use the app in English or Somali. SECURITY & ACCESS Sign in with the credentials provided by your school. Access follows your school's guardian rules, including responsible-guardian settings where applicable.
