HUID goes on the piece where you record it. STOCK THAT KNOWS WHERE EVERY PIECE IS Each piece carries a tag code and a status, from the day it arrives to the day it is billed. Gross, stone and net weights in that order, with the arithmetic between them checked. Move pieces between stores, send them out on approval, and count the trays against the book.
