vidhi

vidhi keeps frontline work moving — the daily checklists, the tasks that come out of them, and the proof that both actually happened. Built for teams who work away from a desk: restaurants, hotels, retail, facilities and manufacturing, across one site or a hundred. WHAT YOUR TEAM DOES ON THEIR PHONE • Open today's work — everything assigned to them, plus anything unclaimed at their site, in one list • Run a checklist step by step, answering as they go • Attach a photo as proof, straight from the camera • Raise a task the moment they spot a problem, with a photo and a priority • Pick up unassigned work themselves, without waiting to be told • Track time on a job, start to finish • Read announcements from head office WHAT MANAGERS GET BACK • Live status by site — what is scheduled, in progress, done, overdue or missed • Completion rates over time, site by site, so problems show as patterns • Photo evidence attached to the step it belongs to • A full history of every status change, comment and reassignment HOW THE WORK GETS CREATED • Build a checklist once, schedule it daily, weekly, monthly or on your own cadence, and let it generate work automatically at every site • Create tasks ad hoc, or from a template, with priority-driven due dates • Turn a failed checklist step into a corrective task automatically • Plan preventive maintenance against your assets • Send work orders to outside vendors and track them to completion BUILT FOR MULTI-SITE OPERATIONS • Model your estate the way it really is — regions, districts, sites, whatever fits — and roll reporting up through it • Roles and permissions decide who sees what, down to their own locations • Teams, designations and per-site membership • Every site runs on its own local time, so a schedule means the same thing everywhere
