Full description
Rally is how a team or community tells its own people that something is live. You post something - a thread, a video, an update, a launch page - and the people closest to the work find out hours later, if at all. A message in the group chat scrolls away. An email goes unread. By the time anyone sees it, it is old news. Rally replaces that with one announcement and a shared checklist. That is the whole product. Rally tells invited members that something went live and keeps track of who has seen it. It never acts on anyone's behalf. HOW IT WORKS 1. An admin posts a link and says plainly what it is: something to read, watch, reply to or pass on - whatever that platform's own rules allow. 2. The members who opted in to that kind of announcement get a push notification. 3. One tap opens the thing in that platform's own app, where the member is already signed in to their own account. 4. The member decides for themselves whether it is worth their time, does anything they do themselves, and marks it done. Admins can ask for a screenshot. A CLOSED GROUP, NOT AN AUDIENCE Everyone in a Rally is somebody an admin invited by email - colleagues, collaborators, community members, people who already care about the work. There are no strangers, nobody is paid per action, and there is nothing to buy. Members choose which kinds of announcement they hear about, and can stop hearing about any of them at any time. WHAT RALLY NEVER DOES Rally has no write access to any platform, and it is built that way on purpose. - It never votes, posts, comments, likes or shares for you. - It never asks for your Reddit, X, YouTube, Instagram or LinkedIn login. It has no way to use one. - It never creates or buys accounts. - Suggested comment text is only a draft. A person reads it, rewrites it or ignores it, then posts in their own words from their own account. Rally cannot post it. - Nothing is automatic for members either. Nothing auto-claims, nothing auto-completes, and an announcement nobody takes up simply expires. - Interacting is optional, always, and entirely the member's own judgement. Ignoring an announcement has no consequence in Rally. FEATURES Push notifications. iOS, Android and web, with quiet hours per member so a late-night post does not wake anyone. Who hears it. Send an announcement to everyone, to a team, to a tag, or to a handful of named people. Due dates and auto-expiry. Announcements close themselves when the date passes, so nobody is looking at a stale list. Suggested drafts. When an announcement asks for words, each member gets a different starting point, so nobody stares at an empty box. Editing is expected; posting is manual and done by the member. Proof screenshots. Require one on the announcements where it matters. Proof is visible to admins only - never public, never shared. Completion tracking. Who has seen an announcement, who has marked it done, participation per member, and CSV export. Member controls. Choose what you are told about, mute the types you never want, set quiet hours, skip anything, or leave. INVITE ONLY Rally has no public signup. Sign-in is Google only, and an email address works only after an admin has invited it. Opening Rally without an invitation shows you nothing, which is the intent: this is a tool for a group that already knows each other. WHO IT IS FOR Small companies, founding teams, creator communities and internal circles who want their own people to know what they published, and would rather say it once than in forty separate messages. WHO DECIDES WHAT GETS SAID You do. You are responsible for keeping your announcements inside the rules of the platform you are pointing people at. Rally is deliberately built so that the honest version - real people, told plainly what is going on, free to ignore it - is the easy one.
