SimpliTime Timesheets is the mobile app for employees of companies that use SimpliTime. Your employer creates your account. Once you sign in, you handle your working time from your phone. TIME RECORDING • Start and finish work with one tap, with an activity and a project. • Forgot to start? "I started earlier" records the time you actually began. TIMESHEET AND SHIFTS • See your monthly timesheet day by day, with its approval status. • See your shifts for the coming weeks, with shift type and hours. LEAVE • Request leave and cancel a pending request. • See your yearly allowance and the days you have used. • See your team's absences in a calendar. PAYSLIPS • Your monthly payslip as a PDF, opened in your phone's document viewer. FOR MANAGERS • See who in your team is working right now. • Approve timesheets one by one or together, and reject them with a reason. PRIVACY • Location is recorded only if your company turned it on, and only when you start or finish work. The app does not track you in the background. • Where your company made it optional, you decide whether to share your location. • You can lock the app with your fingerprint or face unlock.
